Omschrijving: Behind a small town house on the Koddesteeg in Leiden, a small and sunny town oasis has been created.
By demolishing the old extension with kitchen and bathroom and turning this volume a quarter turn, a small courtyard was created between old garden walls.
In this courtyard, a raised terrace was built that is optimally situated on the sun and provides the residents with sunshine until late in the afternoon.
The extension itself was built in such a way that the sunlight can enter as optimally as possible here too, through a large recessed roof lantern.
