This house in Zoeterwoude was renovated and made more sustainable in 2020.
The house, originally an old farmhouse, had undergone extensive renovation in the 1970s.
The current assignment was to make the house lighter and more usable by making optimal use of the height of the roof and smart layouts.
The indoor loggias at the front and rear were incorporated into the house and the attic floor was incorporated into the bedrooms.
This has created a pleasant and light home with unique spaces.
