This weekend, the house renovated by our agency is open on Saturday as part of the Sustainable Houses Route.
The clients have been very clear from the beginning that they wanted to renovate this house as sustainable as possible to minimize energy consumption.
Our office has researched and thought along how this could be realized, taking into account the existing building and budget. Measures such as HR++ glass, insulation, PV panels, shower heat recovery and low temperature heating lead to a house with an A++ label, which will eventually be improved by installing a heat pump.
