week 27: 1930s home up to date

The Mayor's and Professor's district in Leiden is a beloved 1930s neighborhood, with a green garden city-like layout.
Residents stay here for a long time.
So also in this house. When the current owners bought this house, it was quite dated.
MW architecture has made a design and plan of approach to get this house back up to date.
For this purpose, the living space has been enlarged by extending the house at the rear and opening the kitchen.
The interior of the house has been completely renewed and the energy label has been improved from F to A.
So that this house can be a nice house again for at least fifty years!
